...Drew hissed as cold lotion splashed across his chest and stomach, stark white against his tan skin. Alec smirked at his obvious discomfort, but didn’t even offer an apology before he started spreading it over the ridges of his stomach. Of course, he couldn’t resist the tickling area of his ribs, or the sensitive spot just below his belly button. Drew’s muscles twitched at the assault, but he resisted the urge to twist or slap Alec’s hands away. A guy his size and age shouldn’t be ticklish or squirming and giggling like a little girl.
“So are you going to ask me how it went at all?” Alec asked.
“How what went?”
“You know what I mean.”
“I’m not going to ask you how it went because I didn’t think you should go bug him at all. It’s not like he knew. I don’t even wear my ring when I’m on the beach.”
“Drew, we’re at a resort that sells itself as a romantic getaway. He should have at least asked.”
“Okay, he probably should have asked. But hell, it’s not like that would have made a difference.”
“I know. It’s just…the principle of the thing.”
“I still think you should have left the guy alone.”
Alec slapped Drew’s stomach playfully. “Turn over so I can get your back.”
“You mean turn over so you can play with my ass.”
“That, too. But you’re always such a big baby when you get burned.”
Drew rolled onto his stomach. “I’m not a big baby. So?”
“So what?”
“So how did it go?”
More cold lotion along his shoulders and along his spine. Drew didn’t mind since it was immediately warmed by Alec’s large hands sliding up and down his back. He rested his chin on his arms and stared out over the pool, watching the sun glint off the crystal water. He preferred the ocean, but Alec didn’t like the beach. They compromised by spending long hours lounging beside the pool, alternately dozing, diving, and fucking.
“Oh, you do care, then?”
“You’re not going to let up until you tell me. No point in resisting the inevitable.”
“Isn’t that what you said when you proposed?”
“No, actually, it’s what I said during our vows. I take it that your conversation with him didn’t devolve into a fist fight?”
“No. Nothing like that.”
“Did you fuck?”
“No. But I think he wanted to.”
Drew snorted. “Guys like that always want to. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if that particular guy lives to fuck to the exclusion of everything else.”
“Ah, so he’s just your type then?”
“Are you saying I like them cheap and easy, dear?”
“Yes, but only until I reformed you.”
Drew shivered as Alec cupped his ass with both hands, squeezing the flesh gently. “I definitely feel reformed. So you two didn’t fight and you didn’t fuck. What did you do?”
“We talked.”
“You talked?”
“That’s all. I introduced myself, I explained the situation, and he shrugged. Then he asked me if I wanted to stay for a drink.”
“Well, that’s anti-climatic.”
“I know. I wish I had a better story to tell you.” Alec straddled Drew’s thighs. “Though it’ll have a pretty interesting ending.”
“More interesting than the two of you enjoying tea and conversation?”
“Beer. He offered me a beer.”
“Oh, of course. So it’s more interesting than the two of you drinking beer?”
Alec gently pulled Drew’s cheeks apart and circled his opening with the tip of his thumb. As soon as Alec touched him, Drew wanted more. He felt the familiar texture of Alec’s cock next, the tip just barely brushing against his hole. “I promise you. It’s much more interesting than that...”
